At Parolegy, affordability is central to our mission of helping those incarcerated secure another chance so they can return to their families and restore their lives.
Our pricing is intentionally affordable so you can engage disciplined, high-level professional services while avoiding unnecessary financial strain.
Additionally, our flexible payment options allow you to manage costs comfortably, while addressing a process that otherwise continues to drain your time, income, and energy without direction.
Incarceration carries frequent ongoing financial costs that families like you absorb monthly. Lost income from the person who is incarcerated. Regular deposits for commissary and the fees associated with that. Phone calls, tablets, messaging, movies, courses and basic necessities. Travel for visitation. Additional administrative expenses also accumulate and those costs are real, recurring, and rarely discussed.
Parolegy is structured as an investment in reducing the time spent incarcerated that interrupts that cycle. We focus resources on what directly impacts execution and evaluation, while eliminating overhead that does not serve the work itself.
In this context, Parolegy functions as a cost-control mechanism — replacing indefinite, unmanaged expense with a deliberate, time-bound strategy.
**NOTE: Parolegy approaches pricing with long-term responsibility in mind. Our team is dedicated to providing as many people as possible access to the help they need to secure approval for an early release. Despite rising costs across many industries as well as others in the parole space, our fee structure remains the same. We have accounted for operational pressures so you are not forced to absorb sudden increases while navigating an already demanding situation.
Yes, payment plans are available upon request*. The length and terms of the payment plan are contingent upon each individual's situation.
No, transparency is a core value at parolegy. All costs are clearly outlined at the beginning, with no hidden or unexpected fees.
The flat fee covers the duration until your loved one is approved for parole.
Parolegy works in situations where confidentiality matters.
For many of our clients, parole is not something they are willing to discuss publicly.
Having a loved one who is incarcerated often carries stigma and unspoken bias; socially, professionally, and within extended family and community circles. Sharing details publicly can expose families to judgment, misunderstanding, or consequences they have worked hard to avoid.
At the same time, parole involves deeply personal history, complex family dynamics, and decisions with lasting impact. For many families, protecting privacy is a matter of responsibility, and for some individuals, guarding their future opportunities is more appropriate than public recognition of our service utilized during a difficult time in their lives.
As a result, a significant portion of clients often express their appreciation through private correspondence: emails, letters, and handwritten notes sent directly to our team. Select redacted copies of this correspondence can be shared upon request.
You will notice that when our clients do leave public ratings, it tends to take the form of extended detailed testimonials rather than casual reviews. These accounts reflect how the process was handled, how uncertainty was reduced, and what it meant to have experienced professionals managing a discretionary system where mistakes can be costly.
You can locate their public reviews and testimonials on Parolegy’s Facebook page, Parolegy's A+ rated BBB profile, our website and other standard platforms.
Families and individuals expressing deep satisfaction is consistent with the nature of our work. The families who trust Parolegy most are often the ones least interested in public exposure.
Parolegy proudly maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, backed by numerous authentic client testimonials publicly available on our BBB profile. We have for years.
Simply scroll below the "not accredited business" label to confirm parolegy is rated the highest BBB rating available and have a multitude of clients who attest to their high satisfaction.
Many people do not realize BBB accreditation simply means the business pays to be a member of the BBB. Its accreditation/membership costs are recurring and significantly high, ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
To remain affordable and accessible to all, we intentionally eliminate unnecessary expenses such as paid memberships—allowing us to deliver exceptional results without passing additional costs onto you.
A majority of businesses (of all sizes), you routinely do business with, are not accredited because like parolegy, they choose not to pay for it.

Yes. Often family and friends don't know what to say. Sometimes those that do, inadvertently say the wrong thing.

It's up to you. You can send it via mail or email. However, we prefer to receive all the requested material via email.
This question should be directed to the facility where your loved one resides. We can tell you that everyone's situation is different therefore release timeframes varies and typically isn't scheduled until pre-release conditions are satisfied.
Additional review periods are included with the original fee. The exception to this when someone has a cumulative or "stacked" sentences. In instances involving cumulative sentences then additional fees may apply.
No. Although we encourage our clients to do all they can to avoid trouble, we realize sometimes things happen. Just because someone caught a major case does not mean we will drop them as a client. If your loved one gets into trouble, depending on the type of trouble and frequency of disciplinary issues will determine how we proceed.
No one, including Parolegy, can guarantee an outcome in a discretionary decision system. That’s the foundational truth of parole.
Parolegy develops comprehensive parole campaigns designed to reduce perceived risk and increase confidence in release readiness.
People choose Parolegy because what we do (and has always done) is: increase decision maker confidence by reducing perceived risk and ambiguity.
That is not outcome assurance. That is advantage engineering.
Your loved one's success depends on numerous factors, including the their demonstrated progress, the nature of their offense, their criminal history, and other critical considerations.
While our presentations strategically optimize their chances, outcomes aren't determined solely by the campaigns, your loved one's own efforts, conduct and accountability play an essential role.
The truth is the decision makers don't know what they're going to decide, until they render their decision. For this reason and many others, no one can guarantee the outcome in situations like this. It is unethical to do so.
Having said that, what we will guarantee* is to provide a continuation of services without any additional cost or fees until your loved one is approved for an early release.
Again, no one can guarantee an outcome for which they have no control over.
It is dishonest and unethical for them to do so. If someone has "guaranteed" you that your loved one will be given an early release, then prior to submitting any payment, have that person establish in writing that they guaranteed your loved one will receive an early release and if not, you will receive all your money back.
Absolutely. Previous denials often result from inadequate or ineffective presentations. We specialize in reframing and strategically improving perception of your loved one’s risk factors, significantly improving the likelihood of a favorable outcome.
