At Parolegy, affordability isn't an afterthought, it's central to our mission.

We intentionally structure our pricing to ensure every family can access elite advocacy without compromising financial security.

Additionally, our flexible payment options allow you to manage costs comfortably, ensuring exceptional support remains within reach.

**PRICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Our team is dedicated to providing as many people as possible access to the help they need to secure approval for an early release. This means that despite the increased costs associated with recent tariff policies, we intend for our fees to remain the same and do not anticipate any price increases.

Yes, payment plans are available upon request*. The length and terms of the payment plan are contingent upon each individual's situation.

No, transparency is a core value at parolegy. All costs are clearly outlined at the beginning, with no hidden or unexpected fees.

The flat fee covers the duration until your loved one is approved for parole.

Our clients don't merely leave reviews instead they proudly share powerful testimonials.

Each one is a personal account of genuine transformation, highlighting the profound impact our advocacy has had on their lives. These heartfelt testimonials reflect more than satisfaction, they showcase trust earned, freedom restored, and families reunited.

You can find some of our reviews on parolegy's Facebook page, BBB profile page and wherever reviews are found.

Our clientele is diverse. Which means, although we obviously have numerous positive reviews, there are many more immensely satisfied clients who choose not to leave public reviews due to the deeply personal and sensitive nature of their experiences. Navigating the system involves confronting private aspects of their lives, including past challenges and complex family circumstances.

Understandably, some prefer to maintain confidentiality and protect their family's privacy rather than publicly sharing details, even when thrilled with our service and outcomes. Instead of writing a public review, many have sent us heartfelt cards, letters and emails. Some of which are available to review upon request.

Parolegy proudly maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, backed by numerous authentic client testimonials publicly available on our BBB profile. We have for years.

Simply scroll below the "not accredited business" label to confirm parolegy is rated the highest BBB rating available and have a multitude of clients who attest to their high satisfaction.

Many people do not realize BBB accreditation simply means the business pays to be a member of the BBB. Its accreditation/membership costs are recurring and significantly high, ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

To remain affordable and accessible to all, we intentionally eliminate unnecessary expenses such as paid memberships—allowing us to deliver exceptional results without passing additional costs onto you.

A majority of businesses (of all sizes), you routinely do business with, are not accredited because like parolegy,  they choose not to pay for it.

Yes. Often family and friends don't know what to say. Sometimes those that do, inadvertently say the wrong thing.

What you have to say matters. Support letters communicate a lot about you, and your loved one and leaves an impression directly on decision-makers deciding your loved one's fate. Because of their importance, we do assist with support letters.

It's up to you. You can send it via mail or email. However, we prefer to receive all the requested material via email.

This question should be directed to the facility where your loved one resides. We can tell you that everyone's situation is different therefore release timeframes varies and typically isn't scheduled until pre-release conditions are satisfied.

Additional review periods are included with the original fee. The exception to this when someone has a cumulative or "stacked" sentences. In instances involving cumulative sentences then additional fees may apply.

No. Although we encourage our clients to do all they can to avoid trouble, we realize sometimes things happen. Just because someone caught a major case does not mean we will drop them as a client. If your loved one gets into trouble, depending on the type of trouble and frequency of disciplinary issues will determine how we proceed.

Success depends on numerous factors, including the candidate's demonstrated progress, the nature of their offense, their criminal history, and other critical considerations.

While our presentations strategically optimize their chances, outcomes aren't determined solely by our advocacy—the candidate’s own efforts, actions, and accountability play an essential role. Ultimately, the final decision rests entirely with the parole board.

The truth is the decision makers don't know what they're going to decide, until they render their decision.

For this reason and many more, no one can guarantee the outcome in situations like this. It is unethical to do so.

Having said that, what we will guarantee* is to provide a continuation of services without any additional cost or fees until your loved one is approved for an early release.

Again, no one can guarantee an outcome for which they have no control over.

It is dishonest and unethical for them to do so. The only thing anyone can do is everything possible on their end to position your loved one at every advantage to be approved. Be mindful you and the one incarcerated must do your parts as well.

If someone has "guaranteed" you that your loved one will be given an early release, then prior to submitting any payment, have that person establish in writing that they guaranteed your loved one will receive an early release and if not, you will receive all your money back.

Absolutely. Previous denials often result from inadequate or ineffective presentations. We specialize in reframing and strategically improving your loved one’s narrative, significantly improving their prospects.
